Revenue from dues is used to cover legal expenses associated with the enforcement of covenants in the interest of protecting your property values. Dues are also used to cover costs associated with maintenance of common areas, administrative costs, website operation, and signage. All board members are unpaid and offer their time on a voluntary basis.

Unfortunately, no. The covenants forbid the parking of these types of vehicles in driveways or yards. They should be stored inside garages or at an offsite storage facility. RV parking within the building setback (Front driveway) is also prohibited by City Ordinance No. 33-08.

No, the covenants forbid the parking passenger vehicles on lawns. City ordinance also requires cars to be parked on an improved surface such as concrete, asphalt, or brick pavers. See Ordinance 47-09, Section 14-52 (c)(3) of the Fort Smith Code. Parking in the street is permitted temporarily, but not for extended periods. Parking on the boulevard style street (median section of Jenny Lind) is not prohibited per city ordinance.

Sort of. Temporary storage sheds are not permitted, however, a permanent structure that adheres to city codes and zoning laws is permitted so long as the design is in harmony with the principal structure. Plans should be submitted to the ACC for approval.
